This Saturday, Feb. 28th, the club is going to have a photoshoot at the Graham Carroll House. We are bringing in models, some kids, a teenager and maybe a couple of adults. This is our first time to do portraits for most of us, it should be a lot of fun.

"Round"

Geographic Composition #47: Round

Here's some photos I took on the subject "Round" for Jason D. Moores blog.

McEntee's is a landmark in downtown Muskogee and it's my understanding that the clock was just updated.

The rest of these were taken around the house taken on the way home Friday after Jason extended the deadline.

Look close, there is a little boy playing on this, his mother is hiding behind, she didn't want to be in the photo.

"You can't see me"

"You can't see me" is the name I gave this Class A entry. This is Precious, she adopted us, one day I came home to 3 yellows, a chocolate and a black puppy. I only had 2 yellows. After trying to find the owner we adopted her too. Never had a Great Pyrenees before, just labs. She named herself, wouldn't answer to any other name!

Three of us, Peggy Sharp, Bill Stephens and I, are off to Ben Franklin Academy this afternoon to introduce Photography 101 to a class of 6th & 7th graders. We are donating a Canon PowerShot camera to the class and teaching some basic photography skills. I'll post something more this afternoon.

We had a great meeting last night, if you don't mind me saying so. Treasure Mckenzie from the Chamber of Commerce stopped by to ask for our help in promoting Muskogee. I'll be sending out what kind of photos she would like in the near future.
